Chesapeake Energy Corporation Announces to Build $900 Million Integrated Pipeline Sevice Complex

Market Watch -- Chesapeake Energy Corporation /quotes/zigman/126832/quotes/nls/chk CHK -0.16% today announced the execution of definitive agreements to build the largest integrated midstream service complex in eastern Ohio. Chesapeake, through affiliates of its wholly owned subsidiary, Chesapeake Midstream Development, L.P. (CMD), has entered into a partnership with M3 Midstream LLC (Momentum) and EV Energy Partners, L.P. /quotes/zigman/101536/quotes/nls/evep EVEP +1.92% to develop the midstream services complex. The complex will provide necessary infrastructure to process natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGL) in the liquids-rich Utica Shale play in eastern Ohio.

The complex will consist of natural gas gathering and compression facilities constructed and operated by CMD, as well as processing, NGL

Now if we can only have national or international Pipeline ( KEYSTONE XL PIPELINE ) for all Natural gas OIL Liquified Natural gas and Methane Gas These energies all have potentials in society and United States can do the best out everything. We be worst or complain a lot getting there but once we go for a goal in becoming energy independent and also importing out energies at cheaper more economical method. It would beneficial for all the worlds including third world countries. We must keep after our United States Legislatures. Including who ever is US President We can not and must not short change ourselves. energies we use today will be used in 20 or 30 years time Just hopefully we must use 50% less of it.
