More oil has been pumped in the US in 2011 than during any year of Bush. However it was exported by the oil companies. Imagine how loudly the Republicans would have cried if he had acted to prevent oil exports.

Gee another chance to punch the BHO & Co. clown.
Naw, I'll pass. This one is too easy.
For anyone, BHO & Co. included, to be serious about lowering energy and other commodity prices, the commodity markets must return to supply and demand rather than driven by speculator driven paper pushers that have no business being there.
Until and unless that is fixed, the mess will continue.
NO ONE is touching that with a 100 foot pole. They are being paid off to stay away from the solution. Too much money is being made off of us.
Fleeced.
Had enough?

The public is not happy and seems like this will be one of the issues that both parties are going to have to deal with.

There is sufficient blame for the BO administration for his energy policies, but I am not too certain that any advice coming from the House Speaker, John Boehner can be taken seriously.
It was much like when Newt Gingrich was Speaker of the House and he offered to help campaign for other Republican Congressmen, many would flat out refuse his help, because he was not to be trusted and was of such low reputation.

Democrats attacked Bush and Republicans might as well attack Obama on the oil prices as he's fair game. Of course though, the people who voted him in are partially responsible as well.

If you think that Mitt Romney, or Obama, or Joe Shmoe is gonna do ANYTHING about gas or energy prices when they get elected, you're really not past 2nd grade, are you??? No. You're not.

There's no shortage of things to attack Obama on, which is why he's going to go 100% negative against the entire Republican field.

I think congress has themselves to blame for the problems with gas and oil given their reaction to those that lobby for the industry.

People vote for whoever gives them free stuff, not on gas prices. That is sad, especially since nearly half the nation is getting free stuff thanks to the rest of the nation.

Just add this to the mountain of failed barackanomics. Record unemployment, bailouts, foreclosures, bureaucracy, spending, bankruptcies, regulation, government waste, government policy, government employees, private and corporate welfare. It needs to stop. Vote him out!
